John: can't do nice at 7am in the morning.

Full moons are decision points, a time when something is revealed or when we have to take action and take care of something that demands our attention. Events may feel impactful, emotional, or push us to change course.

It wasn't too long ago that we had eclipses in Sagittarius. And so it's an archetype that we should be intimately familiar with by now. What do we believe in? What's our place in the world? What's our sense of right and wrong? Or even our relationship with judgment?
In its highest form, Sagittarius is the torch. It inspires us to look out into the world, to explore, to find meaning. Ruled by Jupiter, the answers come from the world around us, through education and travel, philosophy and religion.
If you know a Sagittarius, you know they have a thirst for knowledge. They want to keep growing as an individual. And they encourage us all to keep the faith and to find the deeper truths in tough times.
And so these are all themes that we may be navigating throughout the full moon, even if we aren't a Sagittarius. We may be getting deeply philosophical. Certainly we've been through some tough times of late. What does it all mean? Or are we at a crisis of faith?
As mentioned previously, Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter and we find the ruler of the full moon over in Aries, a fellow fire sign. Jupiter's been in Aries since May 13 and if Sagittarius is what we believe in or the truth that we feel is real, then Aries gives us motivation to take action, to stand up as an individual, to go after our wants and desires.
Jupiter is also joined by Mars in Aries, a dynamic duo that isn't about to wait around. They want new horizons and new adventures. They want to hop on a plane and see the world. They want to stand up for their convictions and have a strong sense of justice.
What's complicating things is that Mars and Jupiter are conjunct Chiron in Aries. This dampens some of the enthusiasm. In fact, Mars is making an exact conjunction to Chiron, a pain point that hints at a deeper struggle to find the courage to move forward and go after our wants and desires. (Read more in Chiron in Aries: The Wounds of War.)
The lesson of Chiron in Aries is that we have to become aware of where we fail to defend ourselves or stand up for what is right. There may be a lot of complicated emotions around that, too. But the beauty of Chiron is that by taking action with this full moon or being brave to do something that we have been struggling to do, it helps to inspire others positively. That's how Chiron does its healing, by getting us to inspire others of what is possible.
Another thing to consider is the Sun and Moon's square to Neptune in Pisces. As much as we want to boldly move forward, we have to sit with Neptune's energy, a planet that reminds us that while we may have our own wants and desires, we have to align ourselves with the wants and desires of the divine.
The coming days may be a crossroads for some, a time steeped in questions of faith and meaning. We may also feel a strong call to set out on a new journey or personal quest. But a Neptune square is a demand to surrender and let go. We may ache for deeper spiritual connection. Or we may finally heal something that's been with us for a very long time.

Mars in Aries

Libra and Libra Rising — Relationships, partnership, collaboration, other people. If anything, Mars in Aries is a new beginning and a change in seasons for you. Since Aries is your relationship sign and Mars brings a strong need to connect. The coming weeks may be very social or there may be a demand that you pay attention to key people in your life. This may be a time to start a new relationship or renew an existing one. But if you are in a relationship under strain, Mars may bring a long simmering issue to the surface.

Aquarius and Aquarius Rising — Tavel, movement, communication, learning. The next five weeks will be busy. If Mars is action then its arrival in Aries ignites a flurry of calls, texts, messages, places to go, people to see. In short, movement. Think trips and short jaunts out of town. You may decide to take a class or start a manuscript. There may even be an insatiable need for information over the coming weeks.

Jupiter in Aries

Libra and Libra Rising — Relationships, other people, connection. Jupiter breathes new life into relationships. The coming year may bring in new connections as well as bolster existing relationships. If we’re stuck in a negative relationship, then Jupiter may bring the courage and confidence to leave. Nevertheless, the following months may be more social than usual.

Aquarius and Aquarius Rising — Voice, communication, learning, travel. Jupiter in Aries inspires you to use your voice, from sharing what you know and believe in to new writing projects and opportunities to speak. Education takes priority and you may find yourself taking new classes and workshops over the coming year or even teaching them. Jupiter also inspires short trips and travel.

Neptune in Pisces

Libra and Libra Rising — Health, wellness, work, day-to-day life. You’re having to take care of and heal your body. You’re diet is more sensitive than usual or you’re dealing with food allergies. You’re bringing spiritual or mystical practices into your daily life, from personal rituals to changes in diet and exercise. You feel more driven to volunteer and be of service. You’re having to go with the flow instead of having a hard or restrictive schedule.

Aquarius and Aquarius Rising — Income, value, stability, material life. Your connection to what you own, how you make money is transforming. You need to bring more spirituality into your material life. You need to let go of and heal what you’ve been holding onto. What you think you need or what you think you value is an illusion. The seduction of the material world. Earning or using money for charitable or altruistic purposes.
