Metal window, emf stopper--> finally had a good sleep, with an unobliterated day. In other news waiting for the world to drop post apagado

"The feminine cannot, will not surrender

To the wounded masculine...
A man who criticizes her
Belittles
Dishonours
Controls
Manipulates
Abuses
Or attacks her
Her own inner masculine will not allow it
He will rise fiercely to the forefront
To stand guard
To do the job himself
The feminine can and will only surrender
To the divine masculine...
A man who is devoted to her
Elevates
Honours
Cherishes
Supports
And protects her
A man with boundaries
Presence
Direction
Integrity
Accountability
And humility
In this space
She will feel him penetrating her very essence...
Her body
Her mind
Her heart
Her soul
And she will feel safe...
Safe enough to surrender
This is the natural law
This is the dance of healed polarities
This is surrender...
To Love"

My next relationship? Oh, we’re having a weekly sit-down, period. Once a week, no phones, no distractions—just me and you, face-to-face, heart-to-heart. We’re gonna talk about US. How we’ve been feeling, what’s going good, what needs work, what we both need more of, and what we should stop doing. Because too many relationships fail from lack of communication, and I’m not letting that happen again.
We’re going to normalize checking in—emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and even physically. We’re going to ask each other, “How can I love you better this week?” “What did I do that made you feel unheard?” “What can we work on as a team?” Because love isn’t just about the good times—it’s about growth, understanding, accountability, and effort.
I want us to be intentional. I want us to build something that’s unshakable. And you’d be surprised what just one real conversation a week can do for a relationship. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being present. Together. For real.

The lebs/ why isn't this paul atreides?

" It may seem strange for me to say this, but I envy this man.

He fights for a cause worthy of warriors, worthy of sacrifice, worthy of death. Had I died in Iraq as so many others did, it would have been for corrupt politicians, elites and Israel and not at all for America or my people. If this man dies it will be for freedom of oppression, occupation and invaders of his land and people. It is impossible not to envy such a soul. "

Fallen soldier.

"If, upon seeing a man self-immolate to protest a genocide that’s been live-streamed to the world for 143 days, your reaction is to criticise or dismiss, you simply do not understand the gravity of his act or the magnitude of what he is protesting—and in doing so you become a part of the very problem his defiant act rejected.....This act, as devastating as it is, is a final, defiant scream in protest at the incalculable tyranny of an Empire that has entirely lost touch with humanity. Don’t become that, too. Don’t downplay, dismiss or criticise the person who makes the sacrifice in an attempt to stop tyranny—for you then become a part of that tyranny yourself."

All eyes on Rafah.. ( the last two weeks)

This is so sick and I'm shaking. I haven't tweeted my own tweets for a while because I'm honestly so lost, melancholic, unstable and disorientated. What words can I write to appeal to people who don't understand how wrong this is? What more words can I give you that have more weighting than the videos and images we have seen? What words can I give to people who have seen humans snipered to death for trying to get food? For trying to go to their loved ones in their final moments? What words can I give to those not perturbed by videos of people screaming with every fiber of their being during operations without anaesthesia? What words can I give to those untouched by decomposed babies that a mother laboured for and carried for 9 months in a discarded hospital? What words can I give those whose heart hasn't stopped beating when children gave a press conference first in English and then Arabic begging for their lives and to live?

What words can I give to Someone who has watched a child drinking dirty water and sneered that it's 'Pallywood'? What words can I give to people who see little babies by the tens and hundreds, inanimate like dolls, glass lifeless skin in white body bags, hopes and dreams died with them? And now the final request. Evacuate out of Rafah or evacuate out of existence and these people still say "But .....but ...but Hamas" "Human shields" I have no words for you, you are perched like crows baying for blood. I don't know...I don't know how to write detailed instructions and inform you of how to become a decent human being with a heart.
