Gin in the afternoon

I drew a wonderful card to guide you this week!

The Ace of Wands represents new beginnings and energies. It indicates passion about a new venture, and that you’re full of enough energy to ensure they can see it to fruition, although you may have only recently discovered what you want to do. Your energy increases the more you engage in your new found passion.

Drawing the Ace of Wands strongly suggests creation and new beginnings, especially a business enterprise being undertaken, traditionally, although some also interpret it to indicate childbirth. It speaks more strongly to inspiration and the characteristics you will need to succeed in these new conditions. You will need to harness your potential for innovation, enthusiasm, and ambition to bring about a successful outcome.

This Week's Opportunities

Things are picking up speed, and you begin to fear that it all may spiral out of control. The Nine of Swords appears to caution you. As you proceed, do your best to remain grounded. Your fears may rise up to choke you. Don’t let your insecurities steer the ship. You’re in control, so long as you remind yourself of your talents and abilities. Remember the trials and difficulties you’ve already endured. You have the perseverance to carry on, but do your best to keep your anxiety at bay.

A Wand paired with a Sword signals dramatic change that will test your strength an determination.
